Abstract
O homem segundo Rousseau é por natureza bom, todavia ao ingressar na sociedade, ele perde a
bondade genuína, já que para sobreviver, carece das convenções. Neste caso, a sociedade cria
leis e determina seu seguimento. Por meio do contrato social, os homens seguem os
regulamentos, em virtude da preservação da espécie. No estado de Natureza, o homem tinha vida
tranquila, entretanto teve a sinistra ideia de cercar o território e se autodenominar dono, e muitos
compraram a prerrogativa e assim a guerra se fez hábito, tornando-se regra. O Pacto surge para
conter a barbárie generalizada, e evitar catástrofes, por isso, a iminência do contrato social, onde
o propósito e revogar a liberdade perdida, entretanto de forma tênue. Ora, o que se enxerga é
uma sociedade crivada por leis promulgadas, convencionais, onde o povo define o governo
eletivo, pois o povo é soberano.
Abstract in another language
The man according to Rousseau is good by nature, yet to join the society, he loses his genuine
goodness, because to survive, lacks the conventions. In this case, society creates laws and
determines its action. Through the social contract, men follow the regulations, because of the
preservation of the species. In the state of nature, man had quiet life, however had the sinister idea
of fencing the area and call yourself a master, and many bought the prerogative and so the war
became habit, becoming rule. The Pact appears to contain widespread barbarism, and avoid
disasters, so the imminence of the social contract, where the purpose and revoke the lost freedom,
however tenuously. Now, what is sees is a society riddled by promulgated, conventional laws, where
people define elective government, because the people are sovereign.
