In this case, society creates laws and determines its action. Through the social contract, men follow the regulations, because of the preservation of the species. In the state of nature, man had quiet life, however had the sinister idea of fencing the area and call yourself a master, and many bought the prerogative and so the war became habit, becoming rule. The Pact appears to contain widespread barbarism, and avoid disasters, so the imminence of the social contract, where the purpose and revoke the lost freedom, however tenuously. Now, what is sees is a society riddled by promulgated, conventional laws, where people define elective government, because the people are sovereign.
